Mission Statement
Blackhawks Soccer Club is committed to the development of each and every player's soccer skill set (technical, tactical, physical, psychological). We believe that every player has the ability to participate in soccer and find the love for the game that allows soccer to be a sport to be practiced for life. We believe in honesty, trust, loyalty and community and will teach and practice these values on a daily basis.
Club Vision
Blackhawks Soccer Club provides our members the opportunity to develop as people and players to the best of their abilities. Our training methods and formulas for development will empower our players to maximize their abilities and reach their full potential so that maximum enjoyment of soccer can be attained. Additionally, life lessons learned through sport participation and competition will assist each player in the development of the characteristics that are required to be considered an outstanding person and citizen.
Club Values
As a community of soccer professionals who love the sport of soccer, we have a deep commitment to teach the game the correct way. We value teaching and learning excellence and the opportunity to compete at the highest level. We value and embrace diversity, as we know we are richer for it. We treat and respect others as we would like to be treated and respected. We value family and community and believe it to be a cornerstone of our club. We emphasize excellence in all aspects of life and the pursuit of goals that bring fulfillment to one's life.
Development Plan
Our development plan for the years 2020-2021 is to form teams in all younger age groups, both boys and girls, which will be the foundation for our future. We will accomplish this by establishing youth development programs for the very young players aged 4 to 7. Blackhawks Soccer Club will be open to all who believe in the Blackhawks way of teaching and development. We will make every effort to build a club that all our members can be proud of.
Our club goals are simple: Build a strong foundation of players and families. Build a qualified coaching staff that is committed to teaching the Blackhawks way. Build a passionate community through soccer.
